Sehr gute App und top Support!
Alles lässt sich kinderleicht einstellen und integrieren. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert, da ich die Benachrichtungsmails für Kunden nicht bearbeiten konnte während der Testphase (Mail-Vorlage ist auf Englisch, da meine Kundschaft allerdings fast ausschließlich aus Deutschland kommt, musste ich die Sprache anpassen). Innerhalb weniger Minuten bekam ich Antwort (Samstagabends) und am folgenden Tag (Sonntags!) wurde das Problem behoben. Absolute Empfehlung.

Fantastic features and support. Always on hand to answer questions and very impressed by the different options. We have so far used the pre-order and back-in-stock notifications and it's been a brilliant addition to our store.

I really wanted to rank this higher because on the surface it's a great tool. My problem is that some payment types don't trigger the stock count so if you set a pre-order volume, you have to watch it like a hawk and either manually update the values or disable pre-orders when you run out of stock. I spoke with customer service on this and they confirmed that some payment types aren't recognized by their app. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for this issue.

I have had a brick and mortar business, but this is my first e-commerce. Whole new ballgame and frustrating for a 50+ year old! Looking at endless reviews and recommendations on line was mind boggling. But PreOrder Globo kept coming up as strongly recommended, and now I know why. Mike has been so very helpful and instrumental in easing my mind and getting me squared away. And I was able to catch on rather quickly after the helping hand. Awesome! Highly recommend!

are always so quick and helpful in resolving issues that I might have and I love that they are willing to customise features to meet your specific needs. Definitely recommend

I had a fee issues to start, but I have a very customized type of shop. Support was available quickly and they spent a lot of time helping me to get everything operational.
The pro is that there are MANY options to customize.
The con is that there is no way to do l of it quickly.
All in all, I'd recommend.
