Just started using the app and its proven very useful, especially as we have a number of products that will be pre order only.
Had a few questions so reach out to tech support, Spoke to Mike and he was extremely helpful, between Mike and their Dev team they sorted out the issues really quickly

Although we encountered some operational issues, the team responded with flexibility and adaptability, and I have come to realise that this is a company I can wholeheartedly trust.
Although there is a language barrier, there are many staff members who strive to provide a friendly and sincere service.
In particular, they make code corrections very quickly during business hours, and we have no concerns regarding compatibility issues with the theme.
I was particularly impressed by Helen’s prompt, accurate and clear responses.
