This is the best pre-order app that we have ever used. It has all of the options that we need and works perfectly. We had some questions and a custom request and Rosie was able to do it in minutes. Highly recommend! Support is attentive and fast.
We had installed the PreOrder App and ran into some challenges with implementation, then the plugin offered a chat support option. I never expect much from support, but this was different! Helen was a legend and helped me to fix the issue and get going with my PreOrders super fast!
An experience like that set a very good start and knowing that there are some amazing people on the other end willing to help!
