I didn't realise the app's location settings weren't included in the lower-tier subscription plan. Since I operate with two different warehouse locations, the app was automatically sending back-in-stock notifications to customers in regions where inventory wasn't actually available.
I was quite frustrated when I discovered that the location feature required upgrading to the Plus plan at $499/month. However, I contacted customer support straight away, and they responded immediately. Not only did they quickly resolve the issue, but they also enabled the location feature for me on the Standard plan.
I'm extremely pleased with both the speed of their response and their willingness to help a small business like mine. Outstanding customer service and a great team to deal with. Thank you!
