An issue arose recently and without any fuss the customer service team not only apologised but resolved the issue without delay. This is what makes such a difference, when you know you are dealing with genuine people who want to make things right !
This app has hefty surprise fees. I suggest looking at other app that do more for much cheaper.
Today i updated the app and it would load, i went on the online chat and within seconds i had Eva helping me and she was very helpful and had the issue sorted in a minute or 2. thank you Eva for your help today, best customer service and quick and friendly. have a good day.
