Hi, the app is actually down. I don't have the preorder or the partial paymento in my website anymore ... I can't open the app or contact the support ...
The app couldn't even be properly embedded, and we didn't even get around to pre-ordering products.
In addition, the app only appears to be free because the shop is branded by the developer. You can pay to remove the branding. This information would have been nice to read in the product information.

I had some small issues regarding the installation and some visual changes I wanted to make, but they are very quick to respond via chat and help you out straight away!
Hopefully in the future, they could integrate even more visual customization options to do it yourself. But they can help out with almost every wish you have, thanks!

App looks very promising. Seems to have all relevant features for pre-ordering. Would be awesome If a back-in-stock functionality could be added. This would make it a one-stop-shop!
It works as intended, it's easy to setup and the chat is very fast and helpful. It's the third one that I try and it's the first time I did what I intended (selling products in preorder) without any hussle and with everything working as I intended!
