Webrex ‑ Pricing By Country

I am so happy with this app features! It took me a long time to find an app that is able to work around my theme (currently using Bullet). Arpan and his team were super helpful in the process. Highly recommend doing the demo call with them during the 14-day trial.

I used the app to have different pricing for different countries so as to take care to shipping and handling cost and it worked perfectly! A few improvements will help, bulk price sync and for the app to work with some product upsell features. Support is also very quick to help.

This App ticks all the boxes for what we need. I did experience a coding bug to my themes prices and how they visually appeared on my site due to the app but after contacting them through support chat, I was assisted by the team and all was resolved. Still in testing stage but all looks good from here :)

App is doing everything we need. Pricing for different country is limited in most areas with Shopify. But this app can do it. This is the only app can do this properly. Great app if you wish to allow customers shop at their local currency. I have tried a few apps for currency conversion and this is by far the best one. Customer support is also brilliant, Arpan even took time to talk me through the usage of the app via Google meets. Excellent service!! This is an updated review… Arpan and his team still deserve a five-star review. We have been using the app for several months and find it works very well. Arpan continues to provide excellent support for our queries, is very polite, patient and answers around the clock (bearing in mind the time differences between our continents). No question or problem is too great, and we have benefited from the efficient support given by both him and the tech team. Thank you for the great service.

Our store has done a deliberate research to compare all existing international pricing methods, and Pricing by Country is the best option out of all, not only in terms of cost but we find the knowledgeable support team most valuable. A huge plus is that their support team stay consistently patient from start throughout the configuration to trouble-shooting. One improvement that we are looking forward to is a better intergration with the new Shopify Market function; which then will allow our customer to checkout with the display international curreny.

Although I am on my free trail and in the middle of setting up the app, I wanted to say that the support I got was outstanding. I had a couple of questions and was not sure about the set up, half way into it. I contacted the app support and got into a google video with Arpan who patiently talked me through the set up and answered my questions. More than that we exchanged on whats app prior to the meeting. I realised at the end of the meeting that he was helping me on a bank holiday in India. I am delighted to start with such a help and the confidence of knowing a real and helpful person is there to help behind this app. Will review again as I am getting going .
