Merchants highlight premium print quality across many products, with vibrant colors and garments that last. They value the large, frequently updated catalog and smooth Shopify integration with automated fulfillment and easy listing edits. Many find it beginner‑friendly, with strong design tools and mockup generator. Merchants appreciate low inventory risk, fast and reliable shipping, educational resources, and responsive support, calling it a game changer for launching and scaling brands.
I'm enjoying the app, but I wish the mockup experience was better. It's confusing especially when you want to either use your own mockups or change existing mockups when you have a single product with multiple designs.
Thanks for your feedback! 😊 We're glad you're enjoying the app and will share your suggestions for improving the mockup experience with our team 💚!
Easy to use. I was able figure out how to use it without reading articles or watching YouTube videos. I do with there was some help text on some of the form fields, especially for include shipping costs in sales prices. I was able to figure out what that meant even though it took me a little time to figure it out.
Thank you for your review 😊. Great to hear you figured it all out without needing any guides. Thanks for the suggestion about adding help text to the form fields too, we’ll pass it on to the team. Happy creating 🚀!
I just switched from a different printer and Printful has been easy to use, helpful when I had questions, and they seem to be timely with their fulfillment!
We really appreciate your review 😍. Glad the switch has gone smoothly and that you’ve found us easy to use, helpful, and quick with fulfillment. Here’s to many more 🚀!
