I'm enjoying the app, but I wish the mockup experience was better. It's confusing especially when you want to either use your own mockups or change existing mockups when you have a single product with multiple designs.
Thanks for your feedback! 😊 We're glad you're enjoying the app and will share your suggestions for improving the mockup experience with our team 💚!
customer service is delayed and they couldn't help me after i contacted them so I just deleted my product and started over. However the products are good and I love the pet collars and shoes

Printful makes it incredibly easy to design and upload products. I'm creating fine art prints of my original paintings and drawings and adding them to my Shopify store. The amount of time saved compared to handling production and in-store product creation, descriptions and mockups all from scratch is unbelievable. My only frustration is that site the occasionally glitches, preventing me from including all mockups. I assume I'll be able to come back and update it later.
Thanks for your amazing review! We're thrilled our platform is helping bring your artwork to life. We appreciate your feedback on the occasional glitches and will forward it to our tech team. Wishing you continued success 💚!
While the cost to ship and house the products are high you get what you pay for. The products are truly high quality coming from a store that has sold hundreds to unknown customers and if you have any issue you can chat with customer support and they will replace the products for you quickly and easily. They also have a lot of diversity from coasters to mugs to apparel and coming out with new products frequently.
Thanks for your amazing review! We're thrilled you're happy with the product quality and wide selection. We truly appreciate your support and wish you continued success 💙.
Good integration--gives you lots on control on both the storefront and the backend. Super satisfied with the shirts that have been printed. Crisp designs and colors.
EDIT: Now that I've printed multiple products, I'm noticing color and print variation between shipments. I'm having issues editing my designs across different variations--time consuming.
Thanks for your amazing review! We're thrilled you're enjoying the integration and are happy with the print quality. Wishing you continued success 💛!
Very easy now to edit and add products through Printful knowing they are automatically added in Shopify! It is a two-for-one combo that makes our jobs so much easier! Thank you!
Super easy to find products, add designs, and set up a store an integrate with Shopify.
It wasn't clear that I had to confirm the first order and have funding set up. This became clear, but would've like to know earlier in the flow/process.
Thanks for your feedback 😊! We're glad to hear you found Printful easy to use and enjoyed the Shopify integration. We also appreciate your suggestion about making the order confirmation and funding setup steps clearer, and we'll share it with the team 🙏.

I have only just started using but would recomend to someone else for sure. There are a few quirks about setting up items i find odd, but ultimately, its great.
