Easy to use and extremely great support! We had a few issues because we're using a vintage theme but Jeffrey fixed everything for us right away.

We had to develop a German-language website for a charity auction and searched a long time for a suitable app. "Auction Pro" was the only suitable option, and it turned out to be a lucky find. Very well integrated into the Shopify platform, it was easy to work with and to create the individual objects and adapt all pages and templates to the design of the client's organization. We were even able to localize all relevant text into German – even though the app doesn't officially supply a German translation.

The best part was the excellent support from Jeffrey Quach, who helped with our inquiries within a very short time and even integrated some special requests into the app. That's not something you'd expect – and given the low price, it's a truly great service.
One of the best experiences in a long time, highly recommended. We are completely satisfied with the implementation process and the results.

Just downloaded and seems to work fine. The tech support is 6-stars. They have been wonderful helping with setup.

I installed the app, which worked fine, but the app produced several errors and did not work, which I forwarded to the developers with screenshots.
I deleted the app and gave it a bad rating because I didn't receive a response from support even after 5 days - that's not right! I've always had the experience that you have to adjust apps and contact support, which has always worked so far - but no response at all is not okay.
