Great App so Far. We at Cookie Trays needed a solution to allow customers to customize a cookie tray with 3 different colored sprinkles, 2 ribbons and a greeting card message and this app did the trick!
Product Options and Customizer has been a game changer for my business. It enables us to give our customers many options. Customer support has been excellent. They respond quickly and are very thorough.
The app regularly fails and does not charge clients for customized purchases. We have lost nearly $2,000 in sales in the past 5 days due to the app failing to work properly. I wouldn't recommend this app.
Great app, and even better customer service. Kevon has been a real help in making the app fit with my store. Couldn't be more pleased. He even recommended improvements to my store to help with upselling.
