This app is a complete disaster. The dashboard crashes constantly and won't even load. I have spent a lot of time on this and yet all the add-ons I configured have disappeared. I have already contacted support, but they take forever to reply and offer no solutions. I even tried clearing cookies and testing on both Mac and Windows, but the problem persists. I do not recommend this at all, especially for businesses in Puerto Rico. Don't waste your time.

Esta aplicación es un desastre total. El dashboard se cae constantemente y ni siquiera carga. He invertido mucho tiempo en esto y aun así todos los add-ons que configuré desaparecieron. Ya me he puesto en contacto con soporte, pero tardan una eternidad en responder y no dan soluciones. Intenté borrando cookies y probando tanto en Mac como en Windows, pero el problema sigue igual. No la recomiendo para nada, especialmente para negocios en Puerto Rico. No pierdan su tiempo.

This app has been a game-changer for our store. From the moment we installed it, everything just worked. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making it super easy to set up custom options without needing any coding knowledge. Update: They've updated the app it's working well. Their tech support has been responsive and helpful. I've upgraded my review to 5 stars. I've stuck with this app through the upgrades as it has certain customization options the other's I've viewed don't. I recommend it for your business.

We've been looking for an easy way to add customization to our products, and this app has been perfect. As this was our first time implementing something like this, we had a couple problems, but the support team was incredibly helpful and guided us through the entire process!

2 years later, revisiting the custom design issue. had even made my own in a liquid file, I revisited this app. the updates they made, in the time have dramatically improved the process from the shop side. If you use good product images, 1200x1200 and work through the initial set up on one product, this app can produce the holy grail for small shops, The process is understandable, but tedious for the first product. After that, it will work like a dream//// Currently being used with a product that has 25 variants and it works great. Has a bulk order feature i havent yet explored

It is a very nice application where customers could create their t-shirt designs online. In addition, Priyanka at Customer service is a great lady who never hesitated to support in quick time to resolve any issues in the usage of the app. highly recommended. i hope they could upgrade and add the feature of AI design tool as well.

We have tested out several other product customizer apps on marketplace. This one is the easiest and most cost effective of them all. Support is outstanding and has quickly resolved any issues that we had. If you are looking for a product customizer for your site, look no further!

Their app doesnt even work, they said they would get it working and during that time the free trial ran out, and they charged us the monthly fee, still doesnt work, uninstalled. Not happy about this company nor their app. It is as if it is a fake app only get your account charged the fee. Total rip off.
