So far so good. The app we relatively easy to setup and any glitches were swiftly sorted out by Clara and her developers. This is a big improvement on our previous filters and search bar. Great work!

I just installed a trial version to play with, and in no time at all I was able to figure out how to do almost everything I wanted to do, thanks to the excellent documentation and logical design of the app. When I hit a snag, I opened the chat box, and Clara was right there to answer all of my questions...AT 3AM!!!
She was extremely helpful and immediately understood my questions, and solved all of my issues. I was already pretty pleased with the app after playing with it, but the excellent customer service inked the deal for me! I am going to purchase the app right now!
Really happy with Smart Product Filter & Search. We recently made quite a few changes to our Shopify theme and ended up with some issues affecting search, filters and sorting. The support team was fantastic—they were quick to respond, investigated everything we raised, and worked with us until it was all sorted. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they kept us updated along the way. It's refreshing to deal with a support team that genuinely wants to help. Highly recommended.
