The app is very easy to understand and the support team is very quick in checking through issues for us to use the app in no time! Jolie is very keen to understand the issues that we were facing and instead of only solving the problem, she also made sure we understand what needs to be done to avoid similar issues in the future.

I have issues with the interface and logo position when I upload my own custom designed badge. It is hard to find a good fit with the interface they offer. I had to test countless variants before finding a good fit. If they can improve that part in the future I will change the review as well.

After 3 years using this app, we are still using it ... and loving it. Over the 3 years it keeps improving, adding new options, and remaining very relevant to our business. The app's main functionality, generating and managing ecommerce labels, works well most of the time. However, I have encountered occasional glitches that caused delays and frustration. While these issues can be inconvenient, the silver lining is the outstanding customer service they offer.
Whenever I faced a problem, the customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They were patient in explaining to me the reason for some errors, and also resolved the issues within a 24H turnover. It's evident that they genuinely care about their users' experience and are committed to delivering top-notch assistance.
