Our collaboration with Shopify dates back to 2018. Our team was in critical need to show a seal to each product of a collection. The application was added to our store and in less than twenty four hours each the seal was showing on each product of the collection. Sean leadership was outstanding including other member of his team. Installed yesterday, and ran into an issue a badge's interaction with the custom image display on our PDP. Resolved within 2 hours, without any issues (and I wasn't even subscribed to a plan). Can't fault the support, and experience with the app is excellent so far!
