DECO Product Labels & Badges

Easy to set up and any issues i had with minor display changes were sorted very quickly with support. Very happy so far with the basic labels and can see there is so much more I can so as well.

Rossie was fabulous. The speed and support was brilliant. I realise I need to get the most expensive pricing plan to make use of compare at discounts showing on variants, but everything seems good and easy to use. I won't be using another one, this is great

This is an excellent App, and the support is spot on.

It make a significant difference on the amount of conversions and sales you get from showing the discount on the product and collection pages rather than having to add it at check out.
I've yet to jump into the others aspects like banners and trust badges, but when I do I'll leave a review here.

As already mentioned the support is second to none - Iv'e tried many apps for all different kinds of things - and this is by far the most supported app I've worked with.

It was using this for very basic activities but I discovered all of the functionality in the past few days and it's ideal - cost savings and much simpler technology than my attempts to use a widget that only worked if I did 134 other things to activate it! And the customer service was nearly immediate, which is a HUGE plus.

Great app and excellent support! This is the perfect solution we were looking for to apply custom labels to products and collections using tags. It works exactly as we needed and has made managing our labels much easier.

Honestly, I wish we had installed this app sooner! It was really easy to set up and we started seeing the difference on our website pretty quickly. We did have a small issue with the badge not showing correctly on mobile for one product variant, but Jane was super helpful and quick to respond. She made the whole thing so much easier for us. Once again, the team at DECO Hove have outdone themselves.
We’re using a paid theme with custom VAT displays, which means the discount feature doesn’t behave quite right because of our custom setup. The online chat (a real human, not AI) connected me with Tracy and Felicie, and they jumped straight onto the fixes I needed.

This is the second store out of five that I’ll be installing this on, and the support has genuinely been the best I’ve had from any app so far.

Would give more stars if I could.

I am not sure why we didn't download this sooner. The app was simple to install and implement with immediate results on our website. We had one small hiccup with the badge showing up on mobile devices variants with one product - but the customer support was outstanding. Thank you Tracy!
