Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dieser App. Für meine Anforderungen ist sie genau das, wonach ich gesucht habe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundensupport, der wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ist. Meine Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und auf meine Anliegen wurde direkt, freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. So einen hilfsbereiten Support erlebt man leider nicht überall.
Die App selbst erleichtert die Personalisierung von Produkten in meinem Shop enorm. Viele Dinge, die vorher deutlich komplizierter oder zeitaufwendiger waren, lassen sich damit wesentlich einfacher und professioneller umsetzen. Der Funktionsumfang hat meine Erwartungen dabei deutlich übertroffen.
Ich habe mich deshalb auch direkt für die Growth-Variante entschieden. Dort finde ich tatsächlich alles, was ich für meinen Shop und die individuelle Produktgestaltung benötige. Für mich ist die App eine echte Arbeitserleichterung und eine sehr sinnvolle Ergänzung für meinen Onlineshop.

This app is easy to use, gives the ability to add your own templates for products, and more! Most important of all their customer service team is awesome with responding back to assist.

It's pretty easy to use once you figure it out. Took me a little bit, but after I got it down, it's pretty fun and definitely useful. I highly recommend it.

I received quick and excellent guidance regarding the limitation of uploading images in the mockup section. The explanation was clear, helpful, and easy to understand. It really helped me move forward with my work smoothly.
I just finished an onboarding conference video call with the support team. Great experience. I was asking how the application works and intergrates with Shopify. This was clearly explained. I was also walked through on how to setup temapates, add images and text.. Great Job
