I've tried many apps, and this one (THIS ONE!) has delivered the best experience I've EVER had using any app (strong statement, but true). Customer service is absolutely world-class and very speedy (every time!). It is an utter inspiration to me that whoever owns this company and works for them truly understands what "customer service" means. If your on the fence about using this app, fear not, it's the real deal. Thank you Globo! Your raising the bar!
Very easy app to use! I had a few questions about use and Rosie was clear and helpful with everything I needed.
Installed the App, everything went fine but one element was not showing.
I contacted customer support, got feedback within 5 minutes and the problem was solved in under 10 minutes. Mike from the Support-Team helped me out perfectly.
(In the end it was just a checkmark i oversaw and the App was working just fine)
