Things are great so far! We moved to Globo from a similar app. How the add-ons are displayed in the front-end cart page and back-end order pages are better than the app we came from. The functionalities available to create different add-ons or bundle product pages are robust as well.
We had to get some help from the customer service team to get the add-on products hidden from front-end of our store (we didn't want them to have their own live product page), but the Globo team (thanks Clara!) was quick to respond and provide a workable solution!
Overall, so far so good...looking forward to using more of the functionalities as we build more customized product pages in the future with the use of this app! Thanks Globo!
Everything about this company's app has been great and useful. Any time I've run into an issue (which is rare), they are so quick and attentive to fix it. Clara has specifically been really helpful most recently for me. I wish every app had this level of care and quick solutions.

I'm new to building with Shopify and I initially had issues setting up the Globo Product Options. I contacted customer support for help, and very quickly Clara contacted me, and in a very short time my issues were resolved. It was refreshing to find that Globo's customer support was so quick - and huge thanks to Clara who is a star!
I had trouble adding a new field to some of my products and had to contact the customer support team. Clara is the agent who helped me, and she was so efficient, professional, and friendly!
