The 24/7 customer chat is extremely helpful when getting feedback as opposed to emailing and waiting for a response. I was very surprised how quickly they diagnosed and resolved an issue with the compatibility with my theme. My issue involved dynamic pricing on the product page and they tested, diagnosed and resolved the issue within a minute. They do try hard to provide good customer service.

I've been using Zepto for around 6 months or so now and initially my designer helped programme the products for me but, recently i've given it a go myself and although it was difficult to understand how everything works the support has been outstanding. Responses within a few minutes any time of the day and really helpful replies with photos and videos.

Really good app for product building and it's allowed me to achieve a world first in BMX! Thanks Zepto.

I am extremely impressed with Zepto’s customer service team! When they say they are available **24/7, they truly mean it!**

This is honestly the first time I have experienced this level of dedication from a customer service team. They respond incredibly fast and have been consistently **kind, patient, helpful, and professional** while answering all of my questions.

What has impressed me the most is that they have even taken the time to create and send me **videos showing me exactly how to do things**. I have received helpful responses at all hours of the night, and they never make me feel like I am bothering them or asking too many questions.

Amazing app and even better customer support! I use it for my personalized phone case store, and every time I’ve needed help, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

They reply very quickly, and if something can be fixed right away, they take care of it immediately. If it requires a little more time, they always follow up by email and make sure the issue gets resolved.

Every experience I’ve had with their support has been 10/10. I definitely recommend this app, especially if you sell personalized products!

The app is a little laggy, I'm finding that my image upload box is not aligned to what I originally set it to be and I would prefer for the image upload/text to be able to be moved around however, staff are very friendly/knowledgeable. Support is prompt and my problem is resolved quickly. Rakib is very helpful and friendly.
