We recommended the industry-standard professional setup to bypass these system restrictions, but we respect your decision to uninstall. We wish you the best with your store.
Avoid Promify. Our ad campaign stopped after just 12 hours, and support has been completely silent for four days. Unreliable service and zero accountability.
Hi,the campaign interruption was caused by a temporary sync issue between our system and the ad platform.

I never had the chance to actually try the service. After starting the free trial, I began the setup process through the AI. When it came time to publish the campaign on my Meta Ads account, an issue occurred. From that point on, everything got stuck in a loop where it was impossible to publish, restart, or delete the process.
Following the AI’s own suggestion, I contacted customer support, which—among other things—uses a Gmail address, not exactly the height of professionalism. Six days have passed, the trial has expired, and I have received neither a response nor a solution.
Definitely not a service worth paying $99 per month for.

We use Gmail within our structured ticketing workflow to ensure traceability and efficient routing. Our custom domain support email is currently being finalized as part of our infrastructure upgrade.
Didn’t expect the creative tools to be this good. I used to spend a fair bit on designers, but Promify now gives me plenty of usable ads in minutes. Saves money, saves time. Can’t complain.

this app is very good for marketing , i am usign this to recommend it to everyone and for marketing purposes
Pretty helpful for daily marketing work. Using it for Facebook ads mainly, saves time and the creatives come out clean and usable.
it is set to free no cost on this website but once you get in there it is 100 a month. I back up what I said after you go into the site and start doing things to set up you get a pop-up for paid features..and that is 99 a month. Per search: They do not display these prices on Shopify (or other intermediary platforms) primarily for strategic, lead-conversion, and customization reasons. The approach ensures you engage with their team to receive an accurate, project-specific quote rather than a general one-size-fits-all rate.
Promify does not have any page that charges $100/month. Store analysis, creative generation, and ad plan creation are all free, and your account did not enter these usage steps.
