I used the old Q & A app from this company and was really happy with it. However, they are retiring it so I have added this new version.
I did not want the reviews element and Ajit kindly removed that section and made colour changes to the Q & A so it blended better with my theme.
The support has been prompt and helpful and for what I need my plan is free, so thank you making this available to smaller businesses at no charge. My only gripe is it is a shame the app is not as customisable as the old one hence the four stars.
Stay Away From This App!! Reviews Published Without Approval
Proviews has become a serious risk for Shopify merchants. Their new AI moderation system can publish reviews on your own storefront without prior approval from the website owner, leaving merchants to chase support after unwanted content is already live. Their off topic review AI moderation is also a joke, with the system failing to properly separate product reviews from delivery issues, personal taste opinions, or other matters outside the merchant’s direct control.
Do not let them hide behind Google. Google Product Ratings may apply inside Google’s ecosystem, but that does not require Proviews to automatically publish reviews on a merchant’s own website. Other apps can manage Google compliant feeds while still allowing manual approval for website display.
Any review app that removes merchant approval over website publication is not fit for purpose. In the end, Proviews’ system publishes reviews on your website at its own discretion, without explicit permission from the website owner.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate merchants who raise concerns directly, as it helps us build a better product.
We would like to share that we have recently introduced an update to Proviews that gives merchants greater control over the reviews displayed on their storefront. You can now publish or unpublish individual reviews according to your preference, making it much easier to manage the review content that appears on your website.
This update is designed to give you the flexibility to curate your storefront reviews while continuing to benefit from Proviews' review management capabilities.
Thank you again for your feedback — it directly contributes to how we continue to improve the app.
Fast and efficient customer service when requesting change/fixes to our site - thank you.
still working on understanding the platform
Thank you, Ajit. You're doing a great job out there!
This app is brilliant. So functional, does exactly what we need and the customer service is brilliant. If we have ever had any issues they have been so responsive and helpful. Worth every cent.
不具合も迅速に対応いただけました。
I have been a Simprosys customer first and then also added their Reviews app Proviews to my setup. Genuinely so happy! Their support is outstanding and in no comparison to any other big reviews apps. Keep up the good work!
Best All-in-One Review App
No need for long words—this app is simple, affordable, and powerful. Currently the cheapest option with all the features you need. The customer support is top-notch, fast, and helpful. It’s a complete solution for managing product reviews in one place. Highly recommended!
Using this service has been a pleasure. I'm particularly impressed with the technical support – their response time for issues like script errors is incredibly fast and effective.
Furthermore, the app is competitively priced against others in the market.
When you factor in the comprehensive features and the top-notch support, the value is exceptional. Definitely earns a high rating from me!
