I just started using this app and some of the settings were beyond my knowledge. The customer service rep, Dean, was absolutely fantastic in helping correct my issues.
Awesome team! Always available to help. Sync works great! Moreover One SaaS is free, so definitely worth the investment :)
It took some time but Troy fixed my integration problem and was very friendly! I appreciated not having to figure things out on my own.
Troy was very helpful getting my Shopify store synched with quickbooks, prior I was manually entering orders and this is going to be a huge time saver

Paul spent the necessary time with me with all the patience, expertise, kindness and friendliness until all my issues were solved and my store was completely linked to QuickBooks.
