Sherwin provided me with exceptional assistance in resolving multiple integration issues between Shopify and QBO.

I had to complete a ton of run around between Shopify and QBO support to finally find out that QB connector has its own support. A which point Sherwin was able to assist with various request in a professional manner.

I have been using quickbooks for about 3 months. I blithely connected the shopify connector app to my quickbooks online. It is a complex process to get the two to integrate, and I didn't do it correctly. I got lots of friendly reminder emails from the app - so I logged in to get it sorted . I didn't know where to start , so I started a Webchat with Rom. The connection was immediate - no wait time at all. Rom was brilliant - and he knew the shopify and quickbooks platforms inside out .
