I made an error in my setup, and my support, Ben, was super helpful and fixed it right away! Twice!!
Worked with Support (BEN) and he was great. Made is so that we could import records further back in the history than the plugin wanted to by default. Answered all of our questions, and made the process fairly easy.

Wow!!! I just worked with Francis in Customer Support and it was the BEST experience ever. I have been struggling for days to figure out the set up for Syncing between Shopify and QuickBooks only to keep hitting hurtles. One chat and Francis got me all set up.
