Qstomizer ‑ Product Customizer

Qstomizer is the only designer app that we were able to integrate and scale with our client's very specific needs for product customization. It has worked great since the site launched over a year ago.

On top of that their customer service and support is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Their response and resolution is very fast and knowledgeable.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I most certainly would!

This app is great, very flexible and full of features. The support is amazing also -- Ramon is always super helpful. Definitely recommended.

Great app for custom print shops! It offers advanced customization with lots of well-thought-out features. I've been searching for the perfect app for a while, and this was the first one to check all my boxes. The default design is fairly simple, but custom CSS gives you plenty of flexibility. Ramon has been very helpful and responds quickly.

Fantastic App with Outstanding Support

This app has been a game-changer for our store. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to set up and navigate, and the customization options are impressively robust—perfect for tailoring it to fit our brand. Integration with Shopify is seamless, and it's fully mobile-compatible, which is a huge plus for our customers who shop on their phones.

What really sets this app apart is the developer. They're incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any issues or questions. The support team is professional, responsive, and clearly committed to continually improving the app. Highly recommended for any merchant looking to enhance their store experience!

This app cleared the frustration I had with other customizing apps, big time! It’s the best, and I’m not kidding. Don’t waste your time trying other customizing apps like I did. Ramon, who handles support for this app, can confirm that my page had plenty of them out of sheer frustration.
He went above and beyond, offering me special deals to support my business, coding the problems out of the way, helping at every step, and explaining everything with patience and care.
This app truly comforts me on every side.

The best personalising and customisation app I have found so far. I have tried several and they all have limitations that Qstomizer doesn't. Clean look, fast and supportive customer services, and offering many customisation options.

Exceptional Support from Ramon M. Ortigosa and Outstanding App!

I recently integrated the Qstomizer app into our Shopify store and encountered a minor issue where our website's header was obstructing the app interface on mobile devices. I reached out to the support team, and Ramon M. Ortigosa was incredibly prompt and professional in assisting me.

Ramon responded quickly and not only resolved the header issue remotely but also adjusted our chat button for optimal placement. He even provided a helpful tutorial on linking product variants with the app's templates, which made the process seamless.

His dedication to ensuring everything worked perfectly exceeded my expectations, his support made me signup for the full package right away. I highly recommend Qstomizer for its robust features and top-notch customer service. It's rare to find such commitment to customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way!

Qstomizer is the only app I have found that has the flexibility to accommodate the level of customization that we require. Ramon is very fast to help with any issues that may arise. We've been using Qstomizer for years and have been very happy.
