It was such a struggle to find an app that could manage the promotion I wanted to create and I know I'll want to create in the future. This is the one! I had a few questions (quite a few) and needed some help and the response time was almost immediate and my questions were very quickly answered and problems resolved. Amazing service. One issue couldn't be resolved and as it was over the weekend I was promised they would come back to me on Monday......not only did they follow up on Monday, the issue was very quickly resolved. Best service I have ever received for an app.

I've been using this App for a year to implement discounts. What I like is that I can create discounts at a granular level, product by product and that the configuration of the discount structure is really easy to setup. Also, the support is really good. They will assist you on setup if needed and from within the App, there are Chat, Email, Phone Support options. I recently worked with Joy in the Support Chat to understand how the discount order of precedent works from Overall to Collection to Product and Joy was very helpful and provided all of the answers to my questions quickly.

This is precisely what we where looking for. With a lot of products for volume sale and the need for different discounts this is perfect. The support is one of a kind, we are new in shopify and had some questions and needed help as we are not Code people..! Omega was quick and very helpful and patient trying to fulfill our needs. And even if we are on the other side of the world the answer quickly in their working hours. Only wish for the future is to work with decimals.. but Shopify do not support this yet. Highly recommend the app specially for the engagement from the Omega team. Update now we have used OmegaTheme for a long while and we can't find any team faster than this to solve any ideas or problems which might pop up. 2022 and we still love the Omega team. I had to go through 4 apps before I found Quantity Price Breaks, which made volume discounts easy and robust. You can change all the language in the app interface around the Discounts and apply discounts for 2 or more which is very useful- other apps i tried wanted me to input pricing for 3,4,5 etc, which did not work for our scenario.
So the app works great, and the support was excellent, I had some questions and needed help because all those other apps I had installed had changed the code. Omega was quick and very helpful, I even contacted them again when I thought I had a problem and it turned out I didn't, but they were super friendly and helpful even then. Highly recommend the app.
I don't like the app, you have to be able to manually set up css, otherwise is a mess.
I like apps that have a kind of automatic and quick set up, this is not one of those

Update:
Technical reaction of app provider immediate. Acc. to them issue was most likely caused by temporary connectivity delays between their server and our location, which could result in the app taking longer to load or briefly appearing unavailable. They said to now have optimized their infrastructure and routing to improve stability and loading speed, so this situation should not happen again.
Reaction:
From 1 to 3 stars due to immediate reaction. If app and discounts now work properly upgrade back to 5 stars will follow.
Update 2:
All running smoothly now.
Reaction: Upgrade from 3 to 5 stars, as chat and dev team obviously did a good job. Will keep the app and embed it deeper by implementing further discounts. Problems are there for being solved.

Great app with both CSS and developer customisation embed in the app and not in the theme code. Their development team are really on hand to assist you with whatever changes you require outside the 'normal' functionality.
