We ran our largest newsletter of the year and the app stopped showing the discount when we ran over a limit we didn't know existed. We found out 4 hours later and this awful app ended up costing us thousands of dollars in lost sales we can't get back. Do NOT use this app or you will get screwed too!

I’m truly sorry for the disruption during your newsletter campaign and understand how frustrating and costly that was. The discount stopped showing because the free plan’s usage limit was exceeded, which paused the feature.
Regarding the notifications: our usage alerts didn’t reach you because the email on your account was unsubscribed from our messages. We should have ensured critical service emails (like quota warnings) are delivered even if marketing emails are unsubscribed, and we’re improving this now so important notices aren’t missed.
We’ve already reached out to you directly and look forward to your reply so that we can resolve your concern. We value your feedback and are committed to earning back your trust.

The discounts are customizable and they are driving revenue. Also they have Great customer service. I had an issue that was a glitch in the app and they responded and fixed the issue quickly. The true test of a developers commitment to quality is when issues arise. and in this case they responded with excellence

This app is the perfect solution for my pricing!! The team are behind amazing, super quick to answer any questions, and they spent a lot of time and effort fixing some coding issues I come across when trying to use another app in conjunction with theirs. Not one to leave reviews normally, but the team behind this app have impressed me so many times, I need to share. I paid for some customisation for my use case, and they exceeded on deliverables and timeline. Super responsive to suggestions and questions (even the silly ones) and for more complex stuff they bring in their tech advisors and a client facing team to ensure all people are on the same page. Nothing is a problem, and even after my custom project was signed off as completed, I found something I needed to have adjusted and they happily did this at no charge. Yes, the functionality of the app needs to do what you want, but if you are considering these guys and another, I assure you, the help and support make choosing them well worth it.

So far the app is working well and gives us a fair amount of flexibility to achieve our various discount offers to customers. It also gives a fair about of customization on the setup of your offer on your site. The support offered is efficient and impressive, having our reported issue resolved in less than 30 minutes.

Excellent app. there are many apps which offer tiered discount volume discounts, but i wanted a specific layout and talked with many apps but no one offered customisation.
Cam helped me customise the display exactly how i wanted and also fixed the issues. Amazing and helpful support. i would give 6 stars if i could.

Great app, and an even better team behind the app. As we wanted to use a combination of variation-specific tiers and different break points, our requirements were very specific - and options very limited. Luckily, I found Omega at the time as it did exactly what we wanted, and most apps out there couldn't do anything close to what Omega / Pareto could. We've been using the app for more than a year now, and even though occasionally something has broken suddenly (due to Shopify updating something on their end), the team's been very quick to sort things out for us. I've also been interviewed by Joy to gain insights on how they could improve the app and what functionality they should add - and they've also delivered on those, making my life easier. :)

Pareto has enabled me to create B2B discounts on Shopify without the need to develop a custom app using Shopify Functions – that alone deserves five stars. But what truly sets them apart is their responsiveness and customer service.
I suggested an improvement to their "Buy X, Get Y Free" offer – specifically, the ability to automatically add the free item to the customer’s basket, which felt like a natural and intuitive feature. Lynn (who was absolutely lovely to deal with) not only listened, but their team actually developed and implemented this feature into the app for everyone to benefit from.

I occasionally have issue with this app but they are limited compared to the use i get from it. On the occasions I do require support the team are always excellent. Speedy and sort the problem without much difficulty at all. Ben was excellent today. Thanks
