Daniel from bold customer support was amazing! Really excellent and prompt service, solved the issue in no time and was very kind and easy to work with. Thank you so much! It's really nice to be able to rely on great customer service and be able to talk to a real person instead of an AI bot.
Our experience was made better by Daniel, the support specialist who identified what a problem was with the App and our system and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. He is the reason why we are giving BOLD a 5 star review, as it now works great with our Shopify account.
