Merchants say this app reliably syncs Shopify with TikTok Shop for products, inventory, and orders, even with very large catalogs, and quickly fixes sync issues they struggled with elsewhere. Once set up, it’s easy to use, runs in the background, and cuts manual work. Many highlight exceptional, proactive support that handles setup, troubleshooting, and bulk syncing via live chat or Zoom, calling it a game‑changer for complex inventories.

As someone new to selling products on TikTok, I was super frustrated with the process of trying to get my products to sync from my Shopify website to TikTok. Thea jumped on and helped me get my products synced. I really appreciate her prompt service and attention to detail. Thanks Thea! You made my day.
