We’re still in the process of setting up QuickSync, but Omar has been really helpful so far. He’s explained everything clearly and made the setup feel a lot more manageable. Appreciate the support!
They force you to review it before you are able to test it. There are so many features that do not function and will mess up your inventory, including returns, orders not syncing immediately after being placed on tiktok, not accurately marking the inventory as "committed" which makes audits impossible. Do not recommend, uninstalled immediately after seeing it on a few orders. Horrible

Omar has been excellent, guiding me through the onboarding process, answering questions. I found Tiktok so difficult to navigate an dget set up so we can fulfil orders through Shopify and our regular 3PL... no brainer to use Quicksync and customer service is amazing
