Joseph helped me with the initial set up. He was very friendly and eager to help. Although we were not able to finish what I wanted to do that day, Joseph made sure I can get a hole of him and he gave me his email. So far I am happy with the service. Very responsive, fast and effective customer support. No sooner had I downloaded the app and initiated the sync process for products, when I received a message from Omar asking if I needed any help. Not only did he accelerate the syncing process and promise to oversee the process to the end, he also answered all the other queries I had regarding the app.Very impressive!
