Really nice of the support team to contact me to provide support. I was struggling with some feature and they were happy to develop the code for me.
Despues de pasar horas configurando las respuestas, no funciona, haces la prueba del quizz y recomienda exactamente lo que pusiste que no a determinadas preguntas, revise y no es error mio. Una perdida de tiempo...
Sorry for the frustration, but this looks like a quiz setup issue — not a bug.
We’re very responsive — you could have just reached out, and we would’ve helped you fix it instead of spending hours on it. We even offer video call support, and thousands of our clients simply message us or jump on a quick call to solve things fast.
Quick note on how it works: Each linked product gets +1 point when selected, and -1 if excluded. If you want to fully remove a product, make sure to tick Exclude completely, and that's all.
