Excellent app and fantastic support. We use Quizify as a product finder on our Shopify store and it works brilliantly for helping customers find the right products. We recently had an issue with product recommendations not displaying correctly, and the support team investigated it, identified the problem and fixed it for us quickly. Quizify offers great value for the price, and the support team genuinely wants to help. Priyanka, in particular, was incredibly patient, responsive, and dedicated to helping me work through my questions.
I found the product recommendation scoring logic difficult to follow for more advanced quiz setups. I spent quite a bit of time trying to configure the recommendation logic I originally envisioned and ultimately had to restructure my quiz to fit the platform's standard "normal" logic.
Overall, I would recommend Quizify to businesses looking for an affordable quiz platform.

Good luck trying to cancel! On chat asking many times, how to cancel and was given the run around. Simply uninstall and contact Shopify! So frustrating!
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry it was frustrating. Cancelling should be quick and clear, and we want to make sure you leave with no open questions.
Quizify subscriptions are billed through Shopify, so, as with other Shopify apps, uninstalling the app cancels the subscription and no further charges will be made. Our team also suggested switching to the Free plan first as an extra precaution, and we understand that the back-and-forth made a simple step feel complicated.
