Really good app. The visuals are extremely pleasing and look good with my site. Very customisable to suit my customers needs, and the support team are very attentive and helpful with any queries I had. I was testing 2 search bar apps and will be choosing this one.

App stopped working. Support seems like they have better things to do than support their app. Estimated 1 -2 weeks to fix their app which stopped working.

Had some questions about how the results were displaying and Matt was an amazing help! When I asked I was expecting it to be a long conversation with a lot of back and forth explanation but he understood exactly what I needed and explained what my options were. Having hundreds of product's I wanted a more intuitive / useful search, this app was recommended to us a by a business coach and it is a massive improvement on the default Shopify app and can definitely see how it will improve conversion rates.
