Merchants highly recommend this automation app for saving time and handling both simple and complex workflows. Common use cases include order and product tagging, low‑inventory alerts, auto‑fulfilling digital items, payment reminders with auto‑cancel/restock, and mapping notes into metafields. Many find it more flexible than Shopify’s native tools. Support is described as fast, hands‑on, and willing to build custom logic and features on request.

The app interface is user-friendly and setting up workflows is very straightforward. The predefined templates are also quite helpful. Although I faced a few issues initially, the support team was responsive and helped resolve them. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to automate their entire system.
We used this app for stock notifications, useful and free! We also have that to cancel orders, a problem came up but the assistance was great!

This app is incredible!!
It provides so many options for automations opportunities.
The Only thing that would make it better would to have a more robust online HTML editor when creating email actions.

Awesome app, fantastic visual drag and drop tool to create automation. Only loops are missing in the app. Hope will be added soon.
