RealtimeStack : Live Analytics

This is my new favorite show! I will have this on when I am working on other things and watch the little people come shop! SO much fun!

Absolutely amazing app to get an overview of where your customers are coming from and areas of your business that may not be viewed and can be improved.

Want to be able to use it but no one responds when you submit a ticket and trying to upgrade to the basic plan and unable to.

Better customer service needed.

Very very useful app, teaches you so much about customer behaviour on your store.

Peter has been super helpful to work with. We worked thru some kinks and it seems to be working pretty well!

This application does not show the number of visitors in real time. In fact, in a day, it reports half the number of visitors compared to the number of users given by Shopify or Google Analytics. In the moment when I write this rewiew, Shopify says I have 7 visitors (live view) and the app says I have none

From the moment we started using it, we have been captivated by its seamless functionality, outstanding features, and remarkable performance. This app has truly elevated our experience and made our daily routines much more efficient and enjoyable.

I have been using Realtime View for about a month after moving over from a different app to track my site activity. I'm not a user of the 3D functionality but the live table is by far the most useful tool I've found.
I had a couple of teething issues but Peter and the team have been really responsive and fixed any issues I was having quickly.
Very impressed with both the app and the customer service.
