Re:amaze AI Helpdesk & Chat

Great app for managing customer service! I really like that you can connect multiple email addresses and social email channels and see all the incoming messages in one place. The app has a very nice help center with searchable FAQ's that can be displayed on your website and in the chat. Chat is included also and comes right into the same Reamaze inbox. You can also set up different chat triggers to engage customers. You can have multiple users, assign messages to them, set reminders to follow up and add internal notes to messages. Another cool feature is that Reamaze syncs to your Shopify and pulls up an order information that is displayed on the side and you can even cancel or refund orders right from the app. There is so much you can do with this app and their support is very responsive and attentive to your needs. Plus my VA loves working in this app! Highly recommend Reamaze for customer support management!

ReAmaze is absolutely the best option out there. I've used ZenDesk, Intercom, Olark, etc.

Nothing comes close to having all the helpdesk / ticket integrations and support as ReAmaze.

We currently have 8 staff handling 300-500 tickets a day including responding to every single facebook comment and message.

Do not look any further for Live Chat, Help Desk, Email Support, Social Support software. You've found the absolute best.

Re:Amaze is great, until its not. We have used Re:Amaze for about 6 years and about few months ago it stopped letting you reply to FaceBook direct messages. It just gives a error every time you do. It forces you to have to go directly to facebook to reply which is 100% the entire purpose of the app.

I have submitted ticket after ticket on this to their support. First it was facebook does not allow it now and I was like it worked up until a few months ago. Their reply face book changed something. So I installed another app to test and the other app Gorgias worked as expected allowing for us to reply.

Sent them that, then it was well you have to reply within 24 hours or the chat closes. Sent screen shots of us trying to reply after hours of getting the notification thru Re:Amaze and still would not work.

Then it was back to its not our app, it's facebook. Like a big ole circle of canned responses and zero solution. We have invested heavy in Re:Amaze over the years using their built in FAQ etc and if all this was not done and so hard to move to somewhere else we would have already left and just went to Gorgias.

So before you invest tons of time and effort in the Re:Amaze software understand that one day it may stop working and no real solution will be offered to correct it. Good times.

Great tool. Integrates Whatsapp, Instagram DM and Comments, Facebook Messenger and Comment, and email. The shopify integration is extremely complete, looks like the best tool out there. My suggestions for development: 1) the chatbot only works for the integrated chat tool, so I had to create some clunky automations to mimic a chatbot for the channels (we don't use chat here, just mostly whatsapp and instagram); 2) the tool allows for merging conversations for a same person accross channels pretty easily but it's entirely manual and my sales people never did it; 3) number 2 is problematic because whatsapp numbers are odd (outbound messages need to have 13 digits, but inbound messages always come in 12 digits, which means if the client makes a purchase in the site and then sends a whatsapp message it's not going to be automatically recognized); and lastly 4) UX could be improved.

The app is great! Lots of features and the support team is super helpful!
