Re:amaze AI Helpdesk & Chat

I cancelled my subscription in advance of my rebill date but Remaze went ahead and charged me anyway. After contacting Shopify support, they refused to refund me the funds for my subscription cancellation. I'm definitely not "reamazed" by this.

Awesome helpdesk with the right amount of automations and a DEEP integration into shopify. They've been critical in helping us automate and scale while still serving our customers well! New features rolled out continuously which is always great to see.

Re:Amaze is fantastic; easy to use and the support is very personable and great. It's like working with a small company. This software is really tailored towards e-commerce stores and great for small companies. We've used ReAmaze for years and still love it.

Superb. Integrates chat and email in a single hub that can be used by multiple agents, avoiding the mayhem of trying to share multiple accounts to answer a customer question. Beautifully designed back end and exemplary technical support. Also has a great mobile app.

By far the best CRM we've used so far. We were on Zendesk for the longest time then wanted to find something with better integrations, ease of use, etc. We tried Gorgias before coming here and it wasn't nearly as good as this. So glad we got this recommendation from other Shopify Plus users.

After trialling several CMS systems we've settled in and paid for this one. Really pleased with it. Sleek interface, easy to set up, navigate, and use. Lots of updates improving what they offer. Their live chat helpers are really helpful too and take the time to answer your questions thoroughly.

We have been with re-amaze for around 3 weeks now, and I would say that their customer service is great! Every time I have a question or doubt they respond in a very kind and quick way.
Also, the way to set it up is very friendly and easy. There a lot of content and information to learn how to work with it.
