What merchants think

Feedback submitted

Merchants describe this as a cost‑effective, all‑in‑one support platform that centralizes email, live chat, SMS, social, and marketplace channels into one inbox, even across multiple stores. They highlight deep Shopify integration for viewing and managing orders directly, plus FAQs and chatbots that deflect many tickets. Merchants appreciate automation, reporting, and APIs, saying it saves hours weekly and is a strong long‑term solution for multi‑channel ecommerce support.

Seriously one of the most efficient apps out there. From functionality and integration to their quick support and easy to follow instructions, i've never felt this happy about an app before.

If you are looking for an all-in-one support app (emails, live chat, social media comments and messages and much more) then look no more because Reamaze have solved it all :)

Thank you to everyone at Reamaze for an amazing app and amazing support. Look forward to see what other stuff you guys will be including to make this even better :)

I've been with Reamaze for a long time, basically since their inception. The software does its job perfectly without fluff and tools nobody uses.
The integration with Shopify is great. When I get emails from customers, I can see at a glance if, what and when they ordered something.
The integrated chat is a bonus. It could use a little polishing, but the staff promised me they're working on that.

Still worth 5 stars.

Update January 2018: Reamaze keeps adding rockstar features and the integration with Shopify is getting deeper with every update.
You're not doing yourself a favour by choosing a cheaper solution than Reamaze. Period.

This is a great platform with an awesome team who listen to feedback and make their product better every time. I have been doing customer support for many years and have used a number of help desks and I highly recommend this platform, it is one of the best I have used. We use it on our website pivotpegz.com and its been great. You can get unlimited email inboxes and also can manage multiple brands and multiple channels such as email, social, live chat and more. It syncs with Shopify and you can see customer purchase history and open orders and even a live view of website visitors. Pricing is great as well. 5 stars from me! Highly recommended. Excellent customer service tool. We went from a segmented 3rd party chat, e-mail and social media support model to re:Amaze. We tried Gorgias initially but wound up with re:Amaze instead. Gorgias was great for novice users and made for an easy kick-off. But for the more mature integrator with a technical background, re:Amaze came with way more features. Support is PHENOMINAL. They are literally a quick chat away. RARELY could they not provide an answer on the spot, and all escalations were handled timely and professionally. While not perfect (no one is), feature requests (such as unique notifications per incoming channel) are well-received. The only downside I could add is potentially the price. For us, it's reasonable, but I am sure for a larger organization that per-seat cost would be tough. Truthfully, for the product and service, it's completely reasonable. So if you aren't a complete tech-newb, re:Amaze is the best. If your technical competency is very weak, you may struggle in the beginning.

So far we are in love with Re:amaze. My team has a bounce in their step and there are so many things that are just awesome about the platform. Granted we had come from Desk.com 1 and then ServiceCloud so it was probably pretty easy to impress us. But the Shopify integration with Reamaze is excellent. I haven’t found a single thing that I have tried to do that I can’t do within reamaze. Also, it is easy to go from Shopify to reamaze from an order page so the workflows are perfect for us. We do a lot of custom products so being able to tag products in shopify as custom and populate a channel in reamaze is awesome.

The chat features in reamaze was one of the big sellers for us over Gorgias. We integrated our FAQ and all of our macros… Now, honestly half of the questions are getting answered before they are making it to an email… And you can see exactly what they saw from the chatbot if the FAQs didn’t answer their questions, so we use that to make better and better FAQs. Also, love checking order status from the chat bot. Awesome.

I’ve been a Reamaze customer for just over two weeks now and I must say that it’s not at all what I was expecting. As a business grows, your requirements in your CRM will grow too. There are a TON of platforms to filter through and compare to the rest.

In our most recent search, Reamaze checked all of the right boxes and we gave it a shot. This is where our experience became vastly different from any previous softwares (we’ve used zendesk, live agent, front, and gorgias so far).

I’ve not yet experienced a brand who has been so agile with feedback that they implemented same day software changes for better functionality.

I’ve not yet experienced a brand who will involve you in development changes for a better experience.

To be honest, I’ve not even experienced a brand that said “that’s great feedback, let’s look into it”.

Reamaze has done all of the above and truly helped us provide an even better customer experience.

Oh, and they built a plan based on my needs that ultimately saved me a few hundred extra dollars per month.

Looking forward to the future with these guys and gals.

Thanks for the kind words! We set very high standards for our teams when it comes to customer service (you know, since we build customer service tools and all...). We're glad to hear you enjoyed working with our team on new features!

We've been working with Re:Amaze for a few weeks now and the onboarding experience has been quite frustrating. There are a lot limitations that are not made known on their pitch which was basically a sped through, "everything is possible" pitch. For example, you cannot edit an email subject (and this is not on their roadmap) so when a customer fills out our contact form, we receive an email with the subject "New Customer Message...{date and time}" but there is no way to edit the subject to "Thank you for contacting us" or anything a bit more customer friendly. There is no real "onboarding" or help with training on the platform other than a bunch of reading and some short videos. Also questions to support are met with language and answers that are unique to Re:Amaze and therefore confusing. The support is also frustrating. The team is quick to respond with links to articles detailing technical set ups but are not great at answering direct questions or only giving partial answers. The app has some good functionality but limited flexibility and has quite a long way to go before it truly works for our needs. I'm hoping to give it some more time and to be able to add stars to this review but currently, this is only adding a ton of time and not saving us any time at this point, as intended.

Hi there! Thank you for the candid review. We apologize if the demo portrayed things in a different light. Due to time constraints, we try to cover a lot of ground in the hour-long sessions. For email subject lines, this is possible if you turn on the subject line field for the Re:amaze contact form. Once emails are sent however, subject lines are no longer editable. If you're using a 3rd party contact form, then Re:amaze has no control over the interface.

As for our support quality, we will definitely take your feedback to heart and make sure to do better in the future. We take our customer care very seriously so we will inform the team about your experience. We will have someone reach out to you to schedule a call.

Works well, but the cost is too expensive for a small business like ours! I've had it integrated for months. As I say, it works well, but the cost!

Hey Fox and Wolf,

We're sorry you feel this way about our platform. We are one of the cheapest in the industry given the value we offer. Compared to tools like Zendesk, Intercom, and Gorgias, we offer a lot more features at a competitive and affordable price.

We're happy to discuss pricing with you if it's an issue, as we understand businesses in this Covid-era are struggling.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks for the feedback!

Moved from Intercom. Reamaze is much easier and simpler to understand, but still with better features. The fact you can easily link two stores and see live view is great. Well done on a great app

Nobody enjoys customer service. When I want to bang out CS in the morning I just want to see a list of messages and easy workflow to watch them disappear. This does it perfectly. Especially if you have multiple shopify stores, sell on other ecom channels, or CS coming in from multiple sources, this is the CRM for you. And development is all over it, squashing bugs like housewife holding two cans of RAID. Get it now before they start pricing for value.
