Great app. Generated over £1500 in additional sales in the first month and back-office support is great. They quickly made some customizations for my site which I'm super happy with :)
Don't sign up for wiser apps unless you read everything and sure that you want to use it. After you try it and delete it, they will still spam you endlessly with emails. And phone calls.
Accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Our app sends a couple of emails to users automatically inorder to inform about the proper uninstallation of app's code which remains in the store theme. That code has to be removed actually and it cannot be removed at app's end. Thats a manual process for all apps on the app store.
Thats why we send email to the users asking about it and the reason why the app was uninstalled. There may be some issue which we try to findout from the users.
We will make sure to update our process soon.

very nice app, easy to set up, and very nice and helpfull custom service! Exclude Products part is pretty interesting. and about inteligence of the app, we didn´t try it yet, maybe someday in the future

Again, another great app by EVM. This app has helped us with sales as it gives our customers other product ideas to shop for. We are planning on adding accessories with our shoe line and this app is just what we need. It can show customers how to pair our shoes with accessories. Overall it’s a great shopping experience for our customers, thanks to EVM!!
Well in the last 24 hours i have tried around 20 different apps none of them were user friendly or fulfilled my needs. Not only was this user friendly but they quick to respond and delivered my customization in less than 20 mins of downloading the app. This company do not ask you to write a review BEFORE you have tried their product. Unlike many others!
After going through 3 or 4 other related products apps I finally found Wiser Recommended Products app. I wanted my related products to be able to show as related by tags as some were similar but in different collections. The support team worked hard with me to get the products to relate by tag. They were responsive and helpful. They helped me with more than one problem I was having and did it in a friendly, professional manner. They checked in if they hadn't heard from me to make sure I was happy with their results. The support team and app are both great! Highly recommend!
Was looking for a good alternative to the integrated shopify products recommendation as you cannot exclude product from it. This app is doing a great, more than what I need, as you can add 'carrousel' almost everywhere and can build complex logic to suggest products. ..but also stick to the many pre-made options available. UI is very easy to use and installation without stress. I like this app is integrated with other apps such as Orderly email. Do not ignore the power of this kind of app as it help a lot to increase the average value of the basket or to get extra order. Great app and support (if you to fine tune the appearance).
