So far, so good. The Wiser app has, so far, paid for itself. We have added more sales than the cost of the app each month.
Easy setup, helpful staff when something needs to be handled, and the AI recommendations for the customer have all been very helpful and adjust themselves.
This app is fantastic—super user-friendly with plenty of video tutorials, so you don't need to be a developer to use it! Although my theme wasn’t initially compatible, the support team reached out to me proactively and helped integrate the features into my website. Their assistance was prompt, friendly, and reliable. I'm beyond satisfied—highly recommend!
Customer service was top notch. We were switching from a different app and they set it all up for us from start to finish. They added frequently bought together widget, recommender for you widget, trending now widget, buy it again widget and more. They set us up with pop up upsells, and after sale upsells to see if it would work for our business. All together communication was spot on, it was quick and it was efficient. Everything looks great on our website and we are excited to see how the sales will improve! Thanks again for all the help!

The staff was super helpful when setting up and integrating the app with my site. I was incredibly busy during the time they were working to set everything up but they were very patient with me and checked-in on helping to integrate another app as well. Fair priced, works well, previous app cost a little less but only allowed 1 row of recommendations. Using Wiser with 3 rows we increased app driven revenue around 25-35% over the previous app. Support is prompt and were able to custom code a few changes for us within a day or two of contacting them. Recommended.

Highly recommended app and support team! We run a small store and have been working on a redesign and needed a good app that could handle cross-sells, up-sells both on the item detail pages as well as in cart and post sale. Wiser does it all. We wanted to have the AI functionality in addition to being able to manually control option suggestions on products. The Wiser team was a great help in getting everything set up, working with our developer and with me to set everything up and do a bulk upload for all options on all products.
Adding Wiser to our store had an immediate effect on our performance. Their widgets work perfectly and we're seeing great results in the last few months since we started working with them. The level of customisation allows us to make all the changes we need and if there's something extra that we require, customer support is always available and quick to help us.
