We were having issues with URLs with parameters ranking on google. I contacted Alex at support who within 10 minutes was able to create a store wide code that fixed the issues, so now Google will know which Links I want to rank and not the ones with parameters included.. Well done Alex and great app!
The Service works good, I have a hard time understanding exaclty how to fix it but the team is helpful
Needed some help and was given instant live free help.
5 out of 5. Excellent support.
Amazing app, chat support installed automatic redirects for me, they don't have a paid plan so it was all free. Awesome work guys helping small businesses!
First class customer service with installing and set up.
Talked through it via a Google voice meeting all within the customer service chat bar.
Up and running within 15 minutes of downloading.
Thank you Redirect Hero
Highly recommended
Great app, works as expected & easy to use. Amazing customer support when needed for specific questions, etc. Thanks so much!
Excellent app with great customer service!
We recently migrated our webshop from WordPress to Shopify. Since the migration, Google Search Console has flagged issues because all URLs from the old webshop need to be redirected to the new structure.
Manually handling all these redirects is proving to be quite time-consuming. I came across this app and was wondering if this tool could provide a more efficient solution. I received some great help from customer service and send them a Excel File containing all the redirects. This finished my work so much quicker, thank you very much!
Good service. i have nearly 3k 404urls found on Google Search Console which have negative impact on my store causing a significant drop in indexed pages. it has been a nightmare for me. Finally, i got a chance with this App, Epic ! They are responsive, and arrange google meeting to solve my problem right away. Thank you so much
Great Support! I had an issue creating live redirects (on the target, you have to put the full URL, including https://.. and your Domain.
Also, they helped me with the srsltid and redirecting from that to the standard page, which is more than could be expected from a free app, really happy!
