It's the only app I've found that can even remotely do what we need. The team is outstanding. The communication 10/10, the follow-through and follow-up 10/10. Uploading a big batch of codes takes a long time, sometimes fails, and then when we try to re-upload the file that failed, it says there are duplicates that we can't identify because only part of the file has uploaded.
UPDATE: Thanks for your feedback. We've made significant improvements to bulk redeem code uploads, including greater reliability, automatic duplicate-skipping, and higher job throughput. This is by far the best app for creating highly customizable discount codes in Shopify. The logic builder is a real game changer and makes it incredibly easy to set up even complex discount rules exactly how you need them. Highly recommended!
We wanted to simplify our discount codes for customers during a sale period. This app allowed us to set up 1 discount code that would apply different discounts to different product groups. It took 2 minutes to set up, and worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

We've been using the app now for five months and it's been very easy to use with a minimal learning curve. We needed some more complex discounting logic for our major and this app has been perfect. We ran into a small issue with automatic discount strike-through prices not showing due to our theme not being natively supported, but Seun and the team went above and beyond, even over a weekend like they did for another client, doing the necessary code to make it compatible. The visual configuration of discounts is a great feature, a bit like Shopify Flow but much easier to use with all the features you need. Highly recommend the app and customer service support and response has been second to none.
