It is very useful for easing the purchasing process on the site for customers, and the conversion rate has increased since I started using this application. But what impressed me the most was the support team that helped me with all the modifications I needed, even though I was on the free plan
Releasit is really the best app for COD payments, both the one with the form and the one with COD shopify integration. The only thing missing for the COD shopify application is an OTP option.
Customer service is very competent and responsive.
