Report Pundit: Custom Reports

So far this add on has been fantastic. Our product reporting can be complex in shopify but this helps me pull all the necessary data and extremely customisable. I have now dealt with customer support twice (and only implemented this this morning) and they have solved my problem really quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

Very satisfied with this app. The details it provides are more granular than I will ever need but very reassuring that the information is there if needed. The support is awesome and will assist you in building any type of report you need and they get it done typically while you discuss the details over chat! RP is one of the good ones. Report Pundit is a tool that simplifies the customization of data for better analyzation and conveniently consolidates all of your reports all in one place.
What inspired me to leave a review is their top tier customer support. They are quick to help and will follow through to completion while exercising patience and professionalism.

It seems as if Report Pundit can pull data that even Shopify cannot pull! Any time I can't figure out the correct selections I need to pull the data I am looking for, the customer service chat is quick and ALWAYS builds out what I need in moments. We couldn't run our business without Report Pundit and it has improved our efficiency in cleaning our inventory errors and tracking data beyond measure.

Love the reporting from this app and the integration with Google Sheets. Had an issue with certain customers not showing up in a report. Contacted support and they fixed and told me how they fixed it within minutes of messaging them.

Report Pundit is great for anything reporting. Sometimes certain Shopify metrics/dimensions don’t work together depending on the type of report you’re building, so whenever I hit those limitations, I jump into Report Pundit.
For example, trying to use product tags within a returns report in Shopify may not work properly or may not be available at all. Report Pundit gives much more flexibility to combine and customize data across different report types.

Their customer service team is also incredibly helpful and patient.

I found this app because I needed some custom reports that I couldn't get in Shopify without a very expensive upgrade. When I had a question I got immediate help, and I was able to request adjustments to the reports, which were quick and free! So glad to have found this app!
