Amey and Vincent provided some of the best plugin support I've seen yet! We encountered an issue with our theme, which caused the hide price feature to be slightly delayed, but long enough for customers to take advantage of the hidden price. Amey and Vincent were very kind and understanding, and quickly resolved the issue!

I have recently been introduced to this app on the Shopify store and as an honest review it has been a steep learning curve but made easier with the help from the staff.
I had some issues with how it worked and how it displayed some of the RFQ however once I have spoken with the staff members there I did eventually work it out, I will say I was dealing with Anna and once she as helping me things did go smoother.
In the end I would recommend this app so long as you take a small amount of time to look at how it works and do not be scared to ask for help, sometimes they have a very simple solution to your problem.
Update
Had another issue with the prices not showing with the new update but i got on the chat with Tracy and within half an hour it was all fixed, verry easy to deal with happy to recommend.

Amazing app, I had an issue with a text box covering text and the support team were incredibly helpful and fixed the issue instantly, they also re-sized my product images and moved the quote box to be central on all products for free as a kind gesture which was really kind. I really recommend this app and think it is value for money.

We have a group of products that are not easy to calculate freight on. We needed an app that would allow us to have a customer request a quote to include shipping for these items. This app works great in this capacity. Their customer support is top notch! Plus, they made all the customizations we requested without hesitation.

We have been overall very pleased with getting the Quote Snap to work the way we wanted for our store. We even had to reach out to them for some customization and the were efficient and friendly. We are excited for our customers to use this feature in our store. This app works pretty seamlessly and was fairly easy to customize and implement. We were able to get it to look the way we want and function the way we wanted. We even customized the color scheme and look of the forms received by both the customer and admin users. Overall very happy.
