Inquiries are very important for our store, and this system offers powerful functionality. It is also very easy to make changes. When I encounter problems, the staff are very patient in helping me resolve them.

It is a great app to use in general. The app didn't work seamlessly with my theme. The customer service is helpful despite I think the respond time should be faster. But it did offer more comprehensive functions than other request for quote app. thank you team!

I installed this App two years ago. It works very well. Recently, the theme upgrade caused some issues. I contacted the App service. They fixed all issues quickly for me. Oh, Harley is really active and a good helper.

Update August 2024 - changed from 5 to 2 stars. Performance wise only one star, but support is very responsive, even if they could not solve the problem.
This app has been sold to another company (Samita) without notice. We got this confirmed by the new companies support staff after asking for it twice. Integration with Globo app is not working anymore. Correct display of pricing is not working anymore. Removing items from their own (pay layter) popup cart is not working anymore. We are out.
This plugin is super easy to use and the form layout looks really clean and professional. Haley from customer support was also amazing — she helped me resolve my issues right away!!
Downloaded to test and so far so good (free version). Support works excellent and super fast. Thumbs up!
Just starting out with the app and the customer support has been top tier! Response time for small fixes is incredible.
