Excellent support team. I faced an issue with the refund process and approving a return request. The team quickly joined the chat, understood the problem, and resolved it very fast. Their support was prompt, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended!
Do not trust this app if you expect any level of customer service. I was managing the St. Clair website and reached out to their support team regarding our configuration. Zero response. Having an app team ghost you during a live project is a massive risk for any e-commerce business. Their lack of professionalism forced us to switch to a competitor. Truly disappointing experience.
