We are switching to this app currently and while we initially ran into some bugs with our Shipstation integration and email notifications, the support we have received from the tech team has been phenomenal. I have never experienced such wonderful service with a software provider before.

One of the best Apps to take care of the biggest hassle of any E-commerce store is the exchange and return. As a client, we need easy UI, great support, and partnership with big merchants...all offered by return prime. Thanks for taking care of the biggest pain point in a simple and effective way.

Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. This app makes processing returns so much easier than what we were doing previously. The dashboard is clear and easy to use, and the onboarding process was done in a matter of minutes. We tried most of the apps in this category and this one is the best one. It's easy to use yet provides a lot of functionalities. It also takes into account cash on delivery orders, providing an option to return the money to the customer's bank account which is a big plus for us since we have many COD payments.

I have been using this app for a month and it has really helped streamline my returns and exchanges. The entire returns process on my website has become seamless and makes the website extremely professional. Only one tiny quibble - I wish the app is updated to include exchanges with other SKUs of the same value too.
